Want to sneak in 100+ extra pushup each week?
Try this hack: when you start the water for your next shower (or bath) drop and do 10 pushups while it warm up.
I started doing this about 10 years ago.
As I got stronger I started increasing the count.
Now I do 50 pushups before every shower.
I don't even think about it anymore, it's so automatic now that it doesn't seem like any extra work.
But it adds up to 350 extra pushups each week!
