A note about macros: The nutrition information below is before you put in your milk, almond milk, cashew milk, water, or whatever liquid you like to use to slow cook your oats overnight.  So please remember to add in the stats for the carbohydrates, fats and proteins in your favorite milk to get a full count.  For instance, I usually use 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk so I'd add 0.5 g carbs, 1.25 g fat, and 0.5 g of protein.  That's about 15 calories.  Not much of an impact here, but if you want to be precise that's how you do it.
