How to Prepare Overnight Oats

Todd's Power Oats is a convenient solution for a high protein, nutritious breakfast.  Simply add your favorite milk (or water if you want to cut down on calories) at night before going to bed.  The oatmeal will "cook" overnight in your refrigerator while you sleep.  In the morning, just grab and go.  I like to throw a handful of blueberries or strawberries on top and then a splash of almond milk.

Like you oats warm?  No problem!  Just prepare as usual (letting them soak overnight) and then pop them in the microwave for 25 seconds in the morning.
