Looking for a healthy kids' breakfast? My kids love these high-protein overnight oats!

I created Todd's Power Oats for myself.  I was looking for a high-protein, high-fiber, breakfast that I could easily prepare during my busy morning routine.  I always liked the cholesterol-busting power of oatmeal, but was always wanting more from my oats so I added nutrition powerhouses like protein and ancient grains such as flax and chia seeds.  And so Todd's Power Oats was born.  

But along the way I stumbled upon a market segment that I wasn't expecting: the 5 and 7 year little people that live down the hall!

Every time I make a batch of my high-protein overnight oats, my 5 year old daughter and 7 year twins raid my inventory!  They really seem to like the "Deep Chocolate" flavor in particular.  And I couldn't be more thrilled.  Compared the usual empty calories they'd be eating with a traditional breakfast cereal, I love that they're getting a protein-packed breakfast with lost of healthy fiber and omega-3 oils.

Especially on those busy school mornings, I like going to bed at night knowing that my kids' breakfast will be "cooking" in the fridge while I sleep.  My kids just help themselves to Todd's Power Oats in the morning and I know they're eating about the healthiest breakfast I can dream up.
