What is the most effective macronutrient to make you feel full? Hint: there are 30+ grams of it in every bowl of Todd's Power Oats!

There are 3 macronutrients that make up most of what we eat:

  • Protein
  • Carbs
  • Fat

When it comes to making you feel full, protein is the king of the hill.

According to recent research, protein intake triggers the release of GLP-1 hormones (yes, those GLP-1 meds that are capturing everyone's attention these days) which help regulate appetite.

I don't know about you, but I'd rather eat a protein-rich meal than take an injection!

As an added bonus, protein also has a higher thermogenic effect than carbs or fats...meaning that your body expends more energy to digest some chicken compared to eating a donut!

That's why I designed every mighty bowl of Todd's Power Oats to have at least 30 grams of protein.

And my latest flavor–Peanut Butter Monster–has a whopping 37 grams of protein!

If you're looking to build your breakfast around protein, it doesn't get any easier than this!

Be good to your self!
